Core Responsibilities
- Manages and leads Bangladesh ICT department with operational and strategic planning.

- Managed deployment of ServiceNow in Asia region for 2000+ staffs with provided training to ICT staffs and continuing working with Incident Supervisor and Service Review meeting for the improvement of services.
- Successfully faciliated 4 training sessions on Cyber security, AI and Data Protection to the staffs of the partner Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.
- Managed to complete documentation and implementation of ICT Policy for the partner Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.
- Managed to complete digital transformation project for the partner Dhaka Medical College.

- Successfully rolled-out ServiceNow (ITIL based) process to 1000+ users in all offices of WVB.
- Successfully designed and deployed Disaster Recovery Solution for accessing critical services during disaster.
- Successfully configured and implemented new Fortigate (600D) firewall device in the infrastructure.
- Contributed to successful completion of the project of Data Connectivity using MPLS backbone over 83 offices.
